Click “View Log” to find the reason why the concurrent has ended in error. If the error message is like “Transactions are already posted. Cannot continue. Returning without migrating data.
This means already “Create Accounting” has been run in final mode and transactions are posted to General Ledger for that period.
If create accounting has been run mistakenly and posted to GL & if you want to revert the actions performed by create accounting, the only solution is to raise an Service Request to Oracle and get the scripts for resetting cost flags for transactions in process enabled organizations, so that the posted transactions can be considered for processing by ACP/Preprocessor during next runs.
No need to worry since this is a common mistake, Oracle already has fixed scripts. You just need to take a new clone of Production instance and follow the procedure as explained in the document.
